Tessa Bergemann’s journey began at just 16, working in healthcare and building a foundation of dedication and service. In 2017, she found her true calling in the tech industry, diving headfirst into project management. Since joining Enterprise Visions in 2020, Tessa has thrived in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of technology, where each new project fuels her love for organization, problem-solving, and learning. Her ability to stay focused and communicate seamlessly makes her an invaluable part of the team, tackling challenges with ease and enthusiasm.

Tessa’s favorite part of Enterprise Visions is the culture of trust and collaboration, which empowers her to work remotely while delivering stellar results. Known for her drive, adventurous spirit, and generosity, Tessa applies her resourceful nature both on and off the clock. When she’s not coordinating complex projects, she’s a DIY enthusiast, tackling everything from home repairs to farm projects and vehicle fixes with the same precision she brings to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Tessa is a lover of adventure and the great outdoors. You might find her weightlifting, camping, boating, or cruising on her motorcycle. But as much as she enjoys action-packed days, this introvert also treasures quiet evenings at home with her dogs, delicious food, and a good movie. Guided by her motto, “Everything happens for a reason,” Tessa is always finding the silver linings and embracing life’s twists and turns. With plans to pursue her PMP certification and take her career to new heights.

When she’s not juggling her many hats at work, Toni is all about family. Spending time with her husband, kids, and grandkids is her greatest joy, and she cherishes every moment that brings her closer to them. Guided by her father’s wise parting words— “Learn from me”—Toni strives to make every day meaningful, leading with love and dedication.
